‘Tell Me Again Why it Won’t Rain?’ reflects the sense of frustration of living on a farm in drought stricken north western NSW. It depicts the scene outside my studio window on a day when rolling dust storms blew across empty paddocks collecting precious topsoil and casting an eerie light over the landscape.
